The Provincial Steer Carcass project has been in our club for 6 years. It has four members who raise a steer that will be judged on the rail by its muscle mass and marbling instead of being lead around a show ring. It is a Provincial project organized by 4-H Alberta.

Ribeye Measurement
Fat Thickness
Muscling Score
Fat Color
Presentation of member's year with steer
Bonus points: quiet steer, can be led, ear tag can be read by hand, steer is clean
